- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆If I could give them 0 stars, I would. This bank is ridiculous! You wait on hold for 30 minutes every time you call to, 80% of the time, be hung up on. I just got hung up on 6 times in a row (the final time the man actually got my name and account number before hanging up on me). You go through the phone prompts to get to where you need to be just to be told your in the wrong department, get transferred, be put on hold for another 30 minutes, just to get hung up on again. After VW pays off my auto loan; I will make it a point to NEVER bank with BBVA Compass bank ever again. I will stick with USAA. Lessons learned. If you like being hung up on, no one ever assisting properly, being transferred to a different department every time you do get ahold of a human over the phone, then THIS is the bank for you.
