- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I went to pay a simple traffic ticket, as I walk in and wait at the window, none of the three women even looked up for at least a minute or two. As I smiled and waited one of the women huffed and sluggishly pushed back from her desk to attend to me, as if I have ruined her day with my presence. Without a greeting or even a smile she listened to my question took my money and walked away. Customer service is dead in this office. I wonder if these folks teach the same values to their children that will one day be in the real world. A smile doesn't cost a a penny, nor does good manners.
